Утиліта для моніторингу інтернет-трафіку. Програма дозволяє відображати графік вхідного і витікаючого трафіку, а також час, проведений користувачем в мережі. Утиліта веде статистику, де можна проглянути витрату трафіку в який-небудь певний день і годину. BitMeter містить вбудований калькулятор, що розраховує час завантаження файлу за його розміром або розмір файлу за часом завантаження. У програмі присутня опція звукового супроводу різних подій.
